Shipping & Returns

Shipping Methods 
Your order will always be quickly processed and carefully packaged.  We ship via US Postal Service and UPS. When your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email.  We do not ship outside the US.

Shipping Rates
You will have the option to choose various shipping methods at the time of checkout.  Rates are calculated by the applicable shipper. For expedited shipping or special shipping instructions please call.

Returns
If you are having issues with any item purchased from Silver Mountain Targets USA, Inc. please do not hesitate to contact us.  Returns will ONLY be accepted with prior authorization. Please contact us for information on obtaining a Return Materials Authorization (RMA).  New non-defective hardware may be returned within 15 days from invoice date and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If a product has been opened or the product has been used, it cannot be returned.  Defective products will be replaced by same or like product (if the product is unavailable) and shipped to you at our cost. You will be responsible for return freight of the defective merchandise.  All products are warranted by the original equipment manufacturer.  Custom configured systems, or custom-made parts may not be returned.  Special order items are non-refundable.

Cancellations
Orders for stock items may be cancelled with no penalty prior to shipping. If your order has already shipped, you will be credited the cost of the item, but not the shipping charges which we have already incurred.
